Buyer cancelled payment after receiving item from EBAY I put up a PS2 on EBAY and it got sold in a short space of time. I recieved the email from EBAY saying it was sold so i clicked the link, paid for the postage through EBAY and sent the item the next day with first class delivery (28th July). now earlier today, i recieved an email from paypal saying the buyer has cancelled the payment.
No, most bank transfer payments are not scams. For some eBay sites, it's a routine common payment method. Just not here in the US or on US eBay. If you are buying from another eBay sie, it would say on the listing page what's covered.

She said the best and safest way to handle the transfer is IF both the buyer an seller have accounts at different branches of the same national bank (e.g. Chase, BankAmerica, etc).
